## Purpose of this paper

This paper provides a high-level overview of the blockchain-based, team-based RPG video game: Jewel Knights. The core of this paper presents compelling applications from blockchain technology and how it can be utilized to create an engaging video game. Both technologies symbiotically fuel each other to create a cohesive experience. This is not intended as a deep technical white paper, but an introduction to Jewel Knights for a general reader and aspirational Jewel Knights Master.
